Environment and Quality Management Policy
At ASIANA AIRPORT, we are committed to offering the world’s best services and enhancing customer satisfaction by establishing and maintaining a quality management monitoring program that meets international standards. We provide services that have the least impact upon the environment and maintain environment-friendly operation. To achieve these goals, we will:

Develop, implement and improve our quality management monitoring program, to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements
2.
Establish the quality management monitoring program, documents, implement and maintain, management a quality management monitoring program and continually improves its effectiveness in accordance with international standards.
3.
Implement a firm commitment to effective SMS as a company policy.
4.
Meet and comply with environmental laws, and system requirements.
5.
Minimize the emission of greenhouse gases by energy consumption and improving efficiency.
6.
Protect the environment by using sustainable resources and reducing environmental pollutant emissions.
7.
Continuously improve environmental management system to achieve and improve environmental management goals.
8.
Develop active social responsibility for the environment.
Representatives will appoint key personnel to maintain environmental/quality service and fulfill their duties and responsibilities and motivate employees to reach performance objectives while providing opportunities for further development. Furthermore, the interests and needs of stakeholders and customers will be met.

Safety Policy Statement
We regard safety as the highest priority and provide all services within the scope of the safety management system(SMS), and we focus our capabilities and strive to achieve the safety goals set by the organization and comply with the safety regulations of the company.
1.
We follow the law and the requirements set by the company to provide safe operating services.
2.
We ensure availability of all resources that are essential to establish, execute, manage and/ or improve the safety and do our utmost for the effective safety management framework.
3.
We provide an atmosphere where all personnel preforming tasks under the management of the company can freely communicate and exchange information, as well as ensure that appropriate information and training, including SMS responsibilities and duty are provided.
4.
We promote a safety reporting system to actively identify potential hazards and use the collected data to improve safety.
5.
Information collected through voluntary safety reporting will not be used for punitive purpose and company does not protect against negligence or intentional violations of the law.
6.
All issues regarding safety measures will be systematically analyzed and/or measured, and every effort will be made to reduce and prevent potential safety issues.
7.
Review and revision of safety regulations will be periodically carried out to ensure continued adequacy and effectiveness of the safety management system and promote continuously improvement of the system and operational safety∙security levels.
8.
We actively promote the safe activities by having results of safety objective reviews and management.

Safety/Health Management Policy
We will comply with organizational Safety/Health policy, and put our best efforts in providing all services within the scope of the safety/health management system set by the organization, and regard safety/health policy as the highest priority.
1.
We prioritize the lives and safety of our customers and staffs in all our operational management.
2.
We provide safety services by establishing humancentered safety/health management system and complying with relevant laws and regulations.
3.
We actively strive to ensure safety and improve quality of life by proactively mitigating harmful/risk factors, promoting staffs’ health and improving working environments.
4.
We promote a mature safety culture through appropriate training to ensure that all staffs, including relevant parties, fulfill their responsibilities and roles.
5.
We establish the communication system with stakeholders, including customers and relevant organizations, and cooperate with each other to contribute to the creation of safety society
6.
We expand our safety collaboration to promote the safety/health of stakeholders, including relevant parties, and encourage relevant companies to participate in safety/health activities.
